About this Event:

Over the last few years, we’ve truly realized the importance of connecting with others, personally and professionally. Now, we’re in this hybrid workstyle season that can feel like uncharted territory. Having the ability to work remotely or attend virtual events is a positive outcome of the pandemic, but how do we make lasting connections with other professionals in the business world now? On top of all that, research shows that not being seen around the office is impacting who is getting the growth opportunities. So what does that mean for the professional business woman?

In this upcoming Spark Women panel, we’ll learn from other professional women in our area who are making intentional connections, pursuing their careers in this in-person/hybrid/remote limbo. We’ll dive into their tactics of making a lasting impact with the intentional connections they’ve formed in the past and the intentional connections they hope to make in the future. No matter how much experience you have as a professional, we’re all sure to gain insight to navigate the current workplace dilemmas.
