ROOTED: Simple Stars on the Journey to Wellness

Join us at The Generalist Store Wednesday, March 6th “Rooted”, a series of monthly wellness collaborations for the downtown community that is starting up! Featuring guest speakers on wellness topics, Q&As, information about local services and resources, wellness givewaways, and more! Wellness events are 1st Wednesday of every month, 12 – 1pm.
The first event will be sponsored by Spark Plaza and Empassion Pelvic Health, and will include food offerings from Groovey Grover’s in addition to a free giveaway from Empassion!
Guest Speaker for this kick-off event is Dr. Noelle Eads, PT, DPT and Co-owner at Empassion Pelvic Health right here in Downtown Johnson City. Noelle will be starting off these sessions with a chat on “Simple Starts on the Journey to Wellness,” where we will discuss basic seeds to plant in your lives now that will help you invest in your whole health long term. This will be followed by a Q&A and information on local resources to help you get started!
