Andrew Clark & Travis Goyette (both of Annabelle’s Curse), and John Dickert have been playing music together in the basement since they were kids. Mendota & Idle Tones is the name of their current constellation revolving around electronic improv, with the added percussive power of Kirk Bagnall (Annabelle’s Curse, House Cat). All musicians are originally from the Tri-Cities; all are multi-instrumentalists woven into the local music and arts scene who prioritize their creative pursuits even as 3 of the 4 are new dads. Come hear for yourself the passion project of 4 percussionists featuring strange and beautiful synth sounds. The vibes amongst these good friends following the flow of the music are high. Come experience it for yourself.
Over 20 of Laura’s paintings and prints will be on display that evening for view and for purchase. Come out and hang with us!
